Job description:

Casepoint is hiring multiple senior sales executives to close six- and seven-figure eDiscovery software deals with Am Law 200 law firms and large corporate legal departments.

As a Director of Account Management, you will responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing opportunities for Casepoint’s SaaS eDiscovery solution and project management services. You will instill confidence among clients with your individual credibility and the company’s expanding 10-year footprint in the market. Utilizing a consultative approach, you will determine a prospective client’s needs and intelligently articulate the value of our solution including differentiating our offering from other solutions in the market such as Relativity, Recommind, Ringtail, Clearwell, Concordance, and Summation.

The Director will bring high levels of passion, tenacity, curiosity, and conscientiousness.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to identify, initiate, develop, and close six- and seven-figure eDiscovery software deals with large corporate clients and Am Law 200 law firms.
  • Demonstrate Casepoint’s eDiscovery solution, to prospective clients
  • Draft responses to RFIs, RFPs and other client requested information or proposalsMaintain and expand business with clients that become a part of your account
  • Demonstrate Casepoint’s eDiscovery solution, to prospective clients
  • Draft responses to RFIs, RFPs and other client requested information or proposals
  • Work with our client service teams to ensure customer success in order to maintain and expand business organically with clients that become a part of your portfolio
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with your sales team
  • Follow the company-standard protocols with regard to Casepoint’s CRM
  • Attend and represent the company at various networking events and trade shows to create awareness and generate potential new leads
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills & experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience selling eDiscovery or other SaaS-based solutions including identification, initiation, development, and closing of five, six, and seven figure deals with large corporations, law firms, or government agencies
  • The ability to listen, distill, and clearly articulate value to different audiences
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Candidates must be confident, highly self-motivated, articulate, trustworthy and responsible that can become a credible and trusted advisor.
  • Must have a B.S. or B.A. college degree.
  • A J.D. is not mandatory but would be considered a strong plus along with any litigation experience or work experience at a law firm or corporate legal department
