Vice President, Growth Enablement

Amit Dungarani has extensive experience playing critical roles in guiding large corporate and government enterprises with their digital and business process transformation objectives. He has been instrumental to the company’s growth and organizational maturity at every organization he has been with. Over the past 23 years, he has held leadership roles in technology, consulting, private equity, and finance industries. He brings deep technology and business consulting experience serving corporate, government, law firm, and non-profit clients. Prior to joining Casepoint, Amit served as a Managing Director of a family office that ran a hedge fund and led private equity investing via a syndicate of family offices. Before this, he served as Vice President of Business and Information Technology Consulting Services at 2020 Company (later acquired by Acentia and Maximus), helping grow the company from under 10 people to over 600 prior to the company’s acquisition.

Currently, Amit is the Vice President of Growth Enablement at Casepoint, an enterprise software company focused on digital transformation and solving key corporate and government challenges around litigation, investigations, FOIA, and Congressional inquiries. He works to accelerate revenue growth, enable team members and customers, and lead strategic initiatives for the company. Amit has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
