The Casepoint Solution: We had different parts of our customer team work in unison to deliver live virtual Reviewer training to more than 100 team members across the country, ensuring they were ready to hit the ground running. As a result of the training and the ease of use of Casepoint, our customer and their outside counsel was able to quickly leverage the Casepoint with confidence. To reinforce adoption and address advanced topics, we conducted a follow-up deep-dive session for an advanced reviewer group.
