Casepoint Appoints Director of Product and Process Improvement as New Transformative Upgrade is Revealed

Tysons, VA – February 28, 2019 –  Casepoint announces the promotion of Amy Bowser-Rollins, legal technology expert and founder of Litigation Support Guru, to Director of Product and Process Improvement. Amy has been working with Casepoint on a part-time basis since 2016, working closely with the product team, with an emphasis on user experience. Welcoming Amy in a full-time capacity will greatly impact Casepoint’s clients who will benefit from the unique insights she has acquired over her storied career. It also reflects Casepoint’s continued dedication to integrating state of the art technology, including the transformative upgrade to Casepoint eDiscovery on the new Casepoint Platform.

Amy is a seasoned legal professional with over 35 years in the legal industry. Her extensive experience ranges from working as a legal trainer and litigation support professional for Am Law 200 law firms, teaching legal technology as an adjunct professor in Georgetown University’s paralegal program, and publishing her well-known Litigation Support Guru educational content on the web. Over the years, she has offered guidance and mentoring to legal technology providers and many eDiscovery professionals. Amy’s background gives her a valuable and unparalleled perspective. She will continue to use this perspective to ensure Casepoint eDiscovery is designed in a way that meets the day-to-day workflows of eDiscovery professionals. This includes ease of use and adoption, consistency in the overall design, and enhancements of powerful analytics and artificial intelligence tools.

Amy developed a working history with Casepoint’s leadership team prior to the founding of the company in 2008. She has witnessed the inception, development, and growth of Casepoint as it became established. She has been involved in providing feedback and feature suggestions for the product even before she officially became a client when she was on the litigation support team at Robbins Russell, a Washington DC-based high-stakes litigation law firm who represents Fortune 500 clients, financial institutions, and technology companies among others.

“Amy has provided leadership and mentorship to many, both within and outside of Casepoint. She has helped many professionals build their careers in the legal industry. Amy’s involvement in Casepoint eDiscovery and Casepoint Platform, in addition to her passion for building a greater product, prompted her to make the decision to join us full-time,” said Vishal Rajpara, Casepoint’s Chief Technology Officer. “Amy choosing to dedicate her time to improving and working on Casepoint Platform, is a colossal validation of the quality of these innovative products. Her guidance adds immense value to Casepoint’s culture,” Vishal Rajpara continued.

Since Amy started her employment with Casepoint in 2016, she has provided an enormous amount of productive feedback and insight into improving Casepoint Platform and the overall functionality. She has worked intimately with the Casepoint product team over the course of the past few years and has created a team of technical writers that focuses on user documentation and process workflows. Having Amy full-time will give Casepoint a valuable resource in maintaining a high-quality and intuitive user experience.
