Krystal specializes in accelerating revenue, optimizing profitability, leading business turnarounds, and driving commercial success across global markets with a deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategy, P&L management, and business transformation.
She has a proven track record of scaling businesses, revitalizing underperforming units, and unlocking new revenue streams with deep expertise across business development, sales, marketing, product, and operations. She has built and led high-performing teams overseeing 100+ global staff. Most recently, she led Board.org, a company acquired by Falfurrias Capital for $103 million in March 2024. Prior to that, she ran multiple business lines and served as CMO and GTM leader for the top international policy and global risk brand, FiscalNote, as it grew from $30 million to $125 million in less than five years, including helping to take the company public in August 2022 (NYSE: NOTE).

Mohit Manocha is the Chief Financial Officer of Casepoint, where he leads financial strategy, corporate development, and operations across the combined organization. With over 15 years of experience in finance and technology, Mohit brings deep expertise in scaling growth-stage businesses, driving operational transformation, and delivering long-term value.
Since joining Casepoint in 2020, Mohit has played a central role in the company’s expansion, overseeing a 30% year-over-year growth trajectory and implementing systems that supported rapid customer adoption. In 2024, he was named Emerging Growth CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia Technology Council.
In 2025, he led the successful merger of Casepoint, backed by Thoma Bravo, creating a unified leadership structure and integrated financial platform for future growth.
Previously, Mohit served as CFO at CollabraLink Technologies for nearly a decade, where he helped lead the company through multiple phases of strategic evolution. He holds degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mohit is known for his collaborative, data-informed approach to leadership and his passion for building mission-driven teams that thrive in high-growth environments.

Prior to joining Casepoint, Vishal was a practice technology service manager at a top Am Law 250 Firm located in Washington, D.C. There he led a team of individuals in their use of early case assessment solutions in order to reduce document review time and costs. Vishal’s knowledge of technology and eDiscovery solutions helps him be transformative in his approach to the company’s technology strategy and capabilities.

Prior to joining Casepoint, Sundhar was a senior network operations manager at a top Am Law 250 firm located in Washington D.C. where he led a team of 15 and enhanced network infrastructure security and applications deployment. Sundhar’s knowledge of information security, global infrastructure, and proactive compliance security monitoring aid him in leading our information technology.

As Chief Product Officer at Casepoint, Pete is responsible for the overall product strategy, product direction and product management of Casepoint's wide-ranging, AI-powered, unified product suite. In prior roles, Pete was Chief Product Officer at Consilio, ran marketing for the largest vertical of Blackboard, and held various product, acquisition, partner marketing and eCommerce roles at a variety of software companies in the Washington, D.C. area. Pete's specialties are in guiding product strategy, bringing new products and services to market, creating differentiated and enticing user experiences, leveraging generative AI for growth and margin expansion, building and evolving product and marketing teams, and aligning with sales and servicing organizations to create excellent client outcomes and differentiated client experiences. Pete holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech, and an MBA in Marketing from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
