Meet the Leadership Behind Casepoint Technology

Paul Colangelo is the Chief Executive Officer of Casepoint, where he leads the company’s next phase of growth in scaling its secure, unified, AI-powered platform for eDiscovery, FOIA, investigation, compliance, and data discovery workflows for government agencies and enterprises. At Casepoint, Colangelo's priorities include accelerating Casepoint's AI roadmap, expanding the company's footprint across enterprise and government markets, strengthening customer engagement, and helping organizations simplify increasingly complex legal, compliance, and regulatory response processes.

Colangelo brings more than 25 years leading government and enterprise software and technology, data analytics, compliance, and identity-focused software companies. Most recently, as Founder and CEO of Neumo, Colangelo built a government software business that provided mission critical applications to justice, compliance, DMVs, and public administration agencies. During his tenure, he helped governments better engage with their citizens by helping government agencies modernize critical workflows. He lead strategy, operations, growth, integration, and customer partnerships, serving thousands of public sector customers across North America. Throughout his career Colangelo built high-performing innovative organizations around customer partnership, operational excellence, and technology transformation, experience that uniquely positions him to guide Casepoint through the next phase of AI-driven modernization across government and regulated industries.

Known for a leadership style grounded in listening, trust, transparency, communication, and servant leadership, Colangelo emphasizes collaboration, decisive action, clear expectations, and strong coaching as the foundation for building high-performing teams. At Casepoint, he has pointed to the strength of the leadership team, engineering and product innovation, and an AI-first mindset as key reasons for the company’s strong growth ahead.

Colangelo’s commitment to service extends beyond the workplace. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Prince William County Water Board, and he has described community service and mentoring as important parts of how he leads.

Paul and his wife, Christina, reside in Virginia, with their three sons and two daughters.

Krystal Putman-Garcia is a seasoned GTM, commercial, and operational leader with 20+ years of experience in helping technology companies build and scale for sustainable growth. Krystal specializes in accelerating revenue, optimizing profitability, leading business turnarounds, and driving commercial success across global markets with a deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategy, P&L management, and business transformation.

She has a proven track record of scaling businesses, revitalizing underperforming units, and unlocking new revenue streams with deep expertise across business development, sales, marketing, product, and operations. She has built and led high-performing teams overseeing 100+ global staff. Most recently, she led Board.org, a company acquired by Falfurrias Capital for $103 million in March 2024. Prior to that, she ran multiple business lines and served as CMO and GTM leader for the top international policy and global risk brand, FiscalNote, as it grew from $30 million to $125 million in less than five years, including helping to take the company public in August 2022 (NYSE: NOTE).

Out of the office, she loves being outside, whether running, hiking, sailing, or gardening, and hanging out with her three kids. She is also a former Junior Park Ranger at Yellowstone National Park.

Mohit Manocha is the Chief Financial Officer of Casepoint, where he leads financial strategy, corporate development, and operations across the combined organization. With over 15 years of experience in finance and technology, Mohit brings deep expertise in scaling growth-stage businesses, driving operational transformation, and delivering long-term value.

Since joining Casepoint in 2020, Mohit has played a central role in the company’s expansion, overseeing a 30% year-over-year growth trajectory and implementing systems that supported rapid customer adoption. In 2024, he was named Emerging Growth CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia Technology Council.

In 2025, he led the successful merger of Casepoint, backed by Thoma Bravo, creating a unified leadership structure and integrated financial platform for future growth.

Previously, Mohit served as CFO at CollabraLink Technologies for nearly a decade, where he helped lead the company through multiple phases of strategic evolution. He holds degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mohit is known for his collaborative, data-informed approach to leadership and his passion for building mission-driven teams that thrive in high-growth environments.

Mohit enjoys playing the tabla (Indian drums), reading, and cherishing time with his wife and family.

Vishal Rajpara is Casepoint’s Chief Technology Officer, where he is responsible for driving the technology strategy for the company to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. He brings 20+ years of technology, strategy, and management experience. Prior to joining Casepoint, Vishal was a practice technology service manager at a top Am Law 250 Firm located in Washington, D.C. There he led a team of individuals in their use of early case assessment solutions in order to reduce document review time and costs. Vishal’s knowledge of technology and eDiscovery solutions helps him be transformative in his approach to the company’s technology strategy and capabilities.

Frank Musso is Casepoint's Chief Revenue Officer, where he is responsible for driving revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, and customer success across commercial and government markets.

He brings more than 15 years of demonstrated success by scaling high-performing sales organizations in global software and information services. Frank most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at FiscalNote, where he led a 100-person global team across commercial enterprise, trade association, nonprofit, and federal government verticals — including the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Department of Justice oversight offices. During his tenure, he delivered 300% revenue growth, achieved $123M+ ARR, and played an instrumental role in driving FiscalNote through a successful IPO, while integrating six acquisitions into a unified sales playbook.

Prior to FiscalNote, Frank served as Chief Revenue Officer at CQ Roll Call – The Economist Group, where he managed a $60M+ P&L, built a 50+ person team and opened three new markets. His commercial and revenue leadership played a key role in positioning CQ Roll Call for a successful sale.

Known for his data-driven approach and ability to build authentic relationships with partners and teams alike, Frank has a consistent track record of delivering sustainable, double-digit growth across complex commercial and government procurement environments. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing and pickleball.

Sundhar Rajan is Casepoint’s Chief Information Officer where he is responsible for overseeing information technology strategy, global infrastructure, and security compliances for the company to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. He brings over 20 years of network engineering and infrastructure security experience. Prior to joining Casepoint, Sundhar was a senior network operations manager at a top Am Law 250 firm located in Washington D.C. where he led a team of 15 and enhanced network infrastructure security and applications deployment. Sundhar’s knowledge of information security, global infrastructure, and proactive compliance security monitoring aid him in leading our information technology.

As Chief Product Officer at Casepoint, Pete is responsible for the overall product strategy, product direction and product management of Casepoint's wide-ranging, AI-powered, unified product suite. In prior roles, Pete was Chief Product Officer at Consilio, ran marketing for the largest vertical of Blackboard, and held various product, acquisition, partner marketing and eCommerce roles at a variety of software companies in the Washington, D.C. area. Pete's specialties are in guiding product strategy, bringing new products and services to market, creating differentiated and enticing user experiences, leveraging generative AI for growth and margin expansion, building and evolving product and marketing teams, and aligning with sales and servicing organizations to create excellent client outcomes and differentiated client experiences. Pete holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech, and an MBA in Marketing from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
