Webinar Summary
Before AI Becomes Exhibit A
AI is already entering corporate legal work through employees, vendors, Microsoft 365, contract tools, legal research platforms, eDiscovery workflows, and outside counsel.
The question is no longer whether AI should be used.
The question is whether legal teams can explain what AI touched, how output was validated, who reviewed it, what records were created, and whether the process can withstand scrutiny.
Join leading legal and eDiscovery practitioners for a discussion on the governance gaps every legal department should close before AI-generated work becomes part of litigation, investigations, privilege review, or regulatory response.
Specifically, attendees will learn:
-
How AI is entering corporate legal workflows today.
-
Which legal workflows are appropriate for AI and which require greater human oversight.
-
How AI-generated summaries, prompts, analyses, and drafts may impact preservation, discovery, and investigations.
-
What legal teams should require from outside counsel regarding AI use.
-
How to build defensible legal workflows through validation, traceability, and accountability.
