Director of Managed Services
Kevin Albert is the Director of Managed Services for OPEXUS + Casepoint. He oversees department-wide management, focusing on aligning operations to OPEXUS + Casepoint’s strategic vision by managing resource assignments and prioritizing activities based on customer requirements and SLAs to ensure the highest quality of services and products. He serves as the point of escalation for client issues, applying in-depth knowledge and experience of eDiscovery, Casepoint, and SaaS technology to provide expert consultation and advice on technology and best practices.
Prior to joining Casepoint, Kevin worked for Amentum, serving as the Division Director for the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), overseeing the MEGA V contract, which included 247 FTEs across 12 divisions of the Civil Division. Before Amentum, Kevin worked for Reveal Data in Dublin, Ireland, where he directed the technical operations for their European clients and, as the primary Sales Engineer, worked to expand and diversify the client base in the European market. Prior to joining Reveal, Kevin was the Chief Technology Officer of HLP Integration, leading the Electronic Services Group, which included Forensics Services, Electronic Discovery, and Hosting. Concurrently, he served as the CTO of Sentio Software, directing the operations and development of SentioAI, a proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning predictive coding application under the HLP umbrella. Kevin also served in multiple capacities within SuperiorGlacier, a regional litigation support company, including Executive Vice President of Internal Operations and Vice President of Electronic Services. As the head of SuperiorGlacier’s Electronic Services group, he built an in-house Computer Forensics practice, including assembling staff, equipment, and protocols for forensic collection and analysis while also managing a 24/7 eDiscovery processing team-based New York, NY, Washington, D.C., and Chandigarh, India. Before that, he was a manager in KPMG’s Electronic Discovery Management group. He also was a member of Huron Consulting Group’s Digital Evidence team. Kevin started his career in the Forensic Technology Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
