Director of Sales Engineering
Kevin Albert serves as Director of Sales Engineering at Casepoint. He leads the sales engineering function, aligning technical strategy, resources, and solution design with customer requirements and contractual obligations. He partners closely with sales, product, and operations to guide complex engagements, support demos and evaluations, and serve as a senior escalation point, drawing on deep experience in eDiscovery, SaaS platforms, and government-focused legal technology. Kevin joined Casepoint in 2023.
Prior to Casepoint, Kevin was Division Director at Amentum, overseeing the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and leading delivery under the MEGA V contract. His scope included 247 FTEs supporting 12 DOJ Civil Division components. Before Amentum, Kevin worked at Reveal Data in Dublin, where he led technical operations for European clients and served as a primary sales engineer, helping expand and diversify the company’s presence across the European market. Earlier in his career, Kevin was Chief Technology Officer at HLP Integration, leading the Electronic Services Group across forensics, eDiscovery, and hosting, while also serving as CTO of Sentio Software. In that role, he directed the development and operations of SentioAI, a predictive coding platform built on machine learning. Kevin previously held senior leadership roles at SuperiorGlacier, including Executive Vice President of Internal Operations and Vice President of Electronic Services, where he built an in-house computer forensics practice and managed global 24/7 eDiscovery operations across the U.S. and India. Kevin began his career in forensic and digital evidence consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and later held roles at KPMG’s Electronic Discovery Management group and Huron Consulting Group’s Digital Evidence practice. He is also the co-host of That Tech Pod, where he discusses legal technology, leadership, and the practical realities of modern enterprise systems.
